Anyone who wants to can take photos, from the welcome to the last round. Christmas photo tasks give you small ideas for the evening. Taking part is optional, and object photos count just as much.
No email asking “Who has photos?”, no searching through twenty group chats. With Studio, the album stays online for 365 days and can be extended.

HR, the works council or your data protection officer will want to know where the photos end up before the party. This is what you can show them.
From Spotlight on, you can protect the album with a PIN if you like. If you enable approval, guest uploads only appear once you approve them.
The photos are stored on servers in the EU. On upload we strip the GPS metadata from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos. For MP4 and MOV videos, we remove known metadata blocks that may contain location data without re-encoding the picture or sound. We check WebM videos for known location markers and reject them if any are found. GIFs remain unchanged. Automatic image screening is switched off when you create a company event; if you switch it on, the photos are sent to the Google Gemini API in the USA for it (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
After expiry, only you and your co-admins can see the gallery. Event data and media are automatically deleted 30 days later.
For your data protection review, you can sign a DPA online. Business mode is currently in beta.
Punch, presents, cookies: eight ideas built on Christmas customs as they are known in Austria. They need little preparation and bring people to one table who usually only know each other from online meetings. Where it fits, the photos go straight into the shared album.
Before everyone sits down, serve punch and alcohol-free punch at a standing table by the entrance. The first QR card stands there too, so the first mug photo is in the album before the starter arrives. Alcohol-free counts just as much, it is not the fallback.
Draw names two or three weeks ahead; you can print the slips for free with us (up to 30 people per draw; larger teams draw by department). At the party, reveal who gave a present to whom. For the album, the wrapped presents are enough; faces only if the person agrees.
Every table gets three tasks from the set further down. Whoever finishes them by dessert gets the last cookie. Task photos land in the gallery with a task label, so on Monday everyone can see how each table solved them.
A projector and the live photo wall (included in every paid package), and the entertainment runs alongside. Between main course and dessert, every new picture becomes a talking point: who took that one? With approval turned on, you decide which photo appears there.
Everyone brings a few cookies, home-baked or from the bakery, both count. Photograph the full plate before it is empty and pick the best vanilla crescents by a show of hands. Those who do not bake still get a vote.
Meet in the afternoon at the Christmas market or for ice stock sport, then move on to the inn or a Heuriger (an Austrian wine tavern). Anyone who would rather not play takes photos or keeps score. The afternoon pictures are already in the album when you sit down to eat.
If you celebrate in early December, St Nicholas might drop by, in some regions together with Krampus. Announce the visit in advance so nobody gets a fright, and skip any dares. For the album, a photo of the little bag with nuts, mandarins and chocolate is enough.
Just before the main course, everyone in front of the Christmas tree: once a year it is allowed to be cheesy. Anyone who does not want to be in the picture takes it. That way you end up with the one picture where the team is together.
Taking part is optional, and anyone who does not want to be photographed stays out of the picture. Guests upload without an app and without an account. With approval turned on, guest uploads stay hidden until you approve them, and an optional PIN protects guest access.
Go to the ten photo tasksFrom the inn table to the ice stock lane: choose what suits your evening. In your album, you add the same tasks as the template “Christmas party (company)”, remove what does not fit and add your own. Photo tasks are available from Spotlight and included in Studio.
Taking part is optional. Photos of objects count just as much as photos of people. Photograph colleagues only with their permission and keep guests at other tables and staff out of the picture. Alcohol-free drinks count just as much.
