Do my guests need an app?

No! Your guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera. A web page opens where they can instantly upload photos – no app, no login, no registration.

How does payment work?

EventDrop uses one-time payments via Stripe. No subscription, no monthly fees.

Are my photos secure?

Yes! All data is hosted GDPR-compliant in the EU. Guests with the QR code can upload photos and view the gallery. Only you as the event creator can delete photos, change settings, and download all photos as a ZIP with paid plans.

Can I download the photos?

Yes, you can download all photos as a ZIP file. This feature is included with the Flash, Spotlight, and Premiere plans.

What happens after my event expires?

You'll be notified by email 48 hours before expiry. After expiry, the event is deactivated. Your photos are preserved for 30 days. After that, all photos, comments, and recap videos are permanently deleted. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before deletion.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. You only pay the difference between your current and new plan. Upgrades can be found in the event settings or gallery. Only the event creator can upgrade.

Yes! You can upload videos alongside photos. The maximum file size depends on your plan: up to 100 MB on Spotlight and 500 MB on Premiere.

How do the AI features work?

EventDrop uses AI to automatically identify the best photos as highlights, generate image descriptions, and filter inappropriate content. All AI results are automated and serve as suggestions.

How do I share my event with guests?

You can share your event via QR code, WhatsApp, Telegram, or as a direct link. You'll find the QR code in the event settings – perfect for printing or as a table card.

What's the difference to Google Photos or a WhatsApp group?

Google Photos and WhatsApp are great for everyday use, but not for events. With EventDrop, guests don't need an app or account — scan the QR code and upload. All photos end up in one album automatically.

Can I try EventDrop before buying?
