Yes. Open the gallery on the laptop connected to the projector, on the TV or on a tablet and start the slideshow — new photos slide in automatically, nobody has to hit refresh. The slideshow is in every plan, Demo included. From Spotlight you also get the full-bleed live photo wall at /event/YOUR-CODE/live: no toolbars, with the QR code on screen so the next guest can join right away.Learn more →
EventDrop uses one-time payments via Stripe. No subscription, no monthly fees. You pay once and use your plan for the entire duration.Learn more →
Yes! Your photos are stored on EU servers. On upload we strip the GPS location data from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos; GIFs and videos are stored unchanged. Guests with the QR code can upload photos and view the gallery. Only you and your co-admins can delete photos, manage settings, and download all photos as a ZIP on paid plans.Learn more →
Yes — as long as your event is active, you can download all photos as a ZIP file. This feature is included with the Spotlight, Premiere, and Studio plans. Once the event expires the download is locked, so save your photos before the expiry date or extend your event. On your phone the gallery also has „Save to my phone“: on iPhone the photos land straight in your Photos app, on Android in your Download folder, which you can back up in Google Photos under „Back up device folder“ — your device remembers what's already saved.Learn more →
You'll be notified by email 48 hours before expiry. After expiry the event is deactivated — photos can still be viewed, but no longer uploaded, downloaded, or commented on. Your existing photos are preserved for 30 days. After that, all photos, comments, and recap videos are permanently deleted. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before deletion.Learn more →
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. You only pay the price difference between your current plan and the new one. You'll find the upgrade option in the event settings or gallery. Only the event creator can upgrade.Learn more →

EventDrop uses AI to automatically identify the best photos as highlights, generate image descriptions, and filter inappropriate content. All AI results are automated and serve as suggestions.
You can share your event via QR code, WhatsApp, Telegram, or as a direct link. You'll find the QR code in the event settings – perfect for printing or as a place card.Learn more →
