Why EventDrop for your corporate event
Control, evidence, and a professional presentation — PIN protection from Spotlight, photos stored in the EU, a clear deletion date.
PIN protection for an internal audience
From Spotlight, you can add a PIN to your album. Opening it requires your link and the PIN. Both can be passed on.
Photos in the EU & automatic GPS removal
The photos are stored on servers in the EU. On upload we strip the GPS metadata from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos. For MP4 and MOV videos, we remove known metadata blocks that may contain location data without re-encoding the picture or sound. We check WebM videos for known location markers and reject them if any are found. GIFs remain unchanged.
AI moderation for photo uploads
Uploaded photos are checked for inappropriate content by AI after publication and hidden if necessary. Videos are not analyzed by the AI — you can hide those yourself.
Helpers for multiple locations
With Premiere you can assign up to 5 helpers — useful for corporate events spanning multiple departments or locations.

Not discoverable, deletable at any time
Location data is stripped from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos on upload, the album is not publicly discoverable, and you can delete it completely at any time.
Frequently asked questions
For most corporate events we recommend Spotlight ($29, unlimited guests, PIN protection, 2 helpers). If the album should stay available for a full year, Premiere ($69, 365 days) is the right choice; venues and agencies that want their own logo take Studio ($129).
That depends on the plan: Spotlight 90 days, Premiere 365 days. It counts from the later of two dates — the purchase or the event date you entered. If you add the date later, it only counts while your event is less than 14 days old; after that the expiry date stays put. After expiry only you and your co-admins can still see the album — guests can no longer open it — and 30 days later every photo is permanently deleted. You can extend the duration beforehand for a fee.
Uploaded photos go through automatic AI moderation; photos flagged as inappropriate are hidden and no longer shown in the gallery. Videos are not checked by the AI — you can hide those yourself.
