Content Moderation (DSA Art. 17)

EventDrop provides tools for event organizers to moderate user-uploaded content. Content may be removed if it violates our Terms of Service or applicable law. In particular:

• Users can report content using the report function in the photo detail view
• A report is seen first by the event organizer, who can hide or remove photos from their gallery
• Reports of unlawful content, and objections to a decision, are reviewed by EventDrop itself when sent to the address below
• Anyone who gives an email address when reporting is told the decision by email

The full procedure, including automated image analysis and the available remedies, is set out in Section 12a of the Terms of Service.
