Christmas party photos without an app, with PIN protection

Collect your Christmas party photos in a shared album. Guests scan a QR code to upload in their browser, without an app or guest account.

Prepare your album

1. 01Create an event. For a company Christmas party, choose “Corporate Event”.
2. 02Open “Share” → “Design print card”. If PDF download is available, save the card and print it.
3. 03Guests scan the code and upload photos in their phone’s browser.

Access and control

From Spotlight, you can set a PIN. Guests then need the link and PIN; both can be passed on. You can hide individual photos.

For business events, see the business page. You can enter into a data processing agreement after signing in.

During the party

The slideshow is available on every plan once photos have been uploaded. From Spotlight, you can also use the live photo wall. Its controls disappear when idle; the QR code stays visible.

From Spotlight, you can set photo tasks, such as “A photo at the mulled-wine stand”.

Afterwards

A recap needs at least six suitable photos and a remaining recap allowance. You can create and review a preview before sharing the finished video. If something goes wrong, see recap not created.
