You deliver the pictures people book you for. The guests deliver the moments in between, the ones you could not be present for. Both end up in one album behind one link.
- A reason to get back in touch
After the party a short recap is created from the photos. That is a reason to contact your client that bothers nobody — and it is not a sales call.
- Nothing to do on the day
No device to set up, no cable, no app to explain to 120 guests. A sign with a QR code is enough; whoever scans it uploads straight away.
What the guest photos do not give you
The photos belong to the guests and to your client — not to you, and not to us. For your portfolio, website or social media you need the agreement of your client and of the people in the picture. EventDrop grants you no usage rights to them and promises none.
Three properties you can rely on
- A QR code instead of an app
Guests scan and upload. No download, no account, no sign-up — on any phone with a camera.
- PIN protection from Spotlight
From the Spotlight plan onwards the album can be protected with a PIN as well. Opening it then requires the link and the PIN, and both can be passed on. A demo event does not have that option — worth deciding while planning, not on the night.
- An expiry date, built in
Every album has a fixed lifetime — Spotlight 90 days, Premiere 365 days. After that it goes inactive, and 30 days later the photos are deleted. Nobody has to remember.
What the partner programme gives you
- An allowance instead of a purchase decision
- As an active partner you hold 3 slots at the same time. A slot frees up 30 days after the party; across the rolling year there are at most 12 redemptions. Without a stored event date a slot stays taken for 12 months. Every further Premiere event costs €29 instead of €49 at the partner price.
- Referral commission
- If you recommend EventDrop you receive 10% of the purchase price. Attribution lasts 30 days, a commission qualifies after 14 days, and payouts start at €25 in credit.
Studio in a pack of 5
For businesses that want to offer their clients a guest album too: you buy 5 Studio events in advance and receive 5 codes. Each code unlocks one album on the Studio plan — with no payment step when it is redeemed.
Pack price €195 for 5 Studio events — €39 per event instead of €99
- Studio lets the gallery carry its own logo. Whoever manages the album can set it: the host or a co-admin.
- The codes are transferable: redeem them yourself or hand them on. We set no price requirements for you.
- Redeemable for 3 years from purchase. Each code unlocks Studio with the scope that applies when it is redeemed.
- For businesses only: no right of withdrawal, and unredeemed codes are not refunded. €195 is the final price — as a small business we charge no VAT.
The pack price applies only to Studio events from the pack. The partner price for individual Premiere events in the partner programme is unaffected — and you need no partner access for the pack, just an EventDrop account.
You need an EventDrop account. Payment runs through Stripe; your codes then appear in your pack overview.

Questions professionals ask
Do I have to install or bring anything?
No. You create the album in the browser and get a QR code to print or put on a stand. On the day everything runs on the guests' phones.
May I use the guest photos on my website?
Only with agreement. The photos belong to the guests and to your client; EventDrop transfers no rights in them to you. Ask your client and the people in the picture before you publish a guest photo.
How do I join the partner programme?
Through a short application on the partner page. Access is curated: we take on professionals who actually work at these events.
What happens to the photos after the party?
Every album has an expiry date. After that it goes inactive, and 30 days later the photos and the data about them are deleted. The photos themselves sit with our database provider in Frankfurt; we do not promise that no data at all leaves the EU — the full list of processors is in the privacy policy.
What is the difference between the partner price and the pack price?
The partner price belongs to the partner programme: every Premiere event beyond your allowance costs €29 instead of €49. The pack price belongs to the Studio pack: 5 Studio events for €195, i.e. €39 instead of €99 per event. Both apply side by side, and you need no partner access for the pack.
