You deliver the pictures people book you for. The guests deliver the moments in between, the ones you could not be present for. Both end up in one album behind one link.

After the party a short recap is created from the photos. That is a reason to contact your client that bothers nobody — and it is not a sales call.
- Nothing to do on the day
No device to set up, no cable, no app to explain to 120 guests. A sign with a QR code is enough; whoever scans it uploads straight away.
What the guest photos do not give you
The photos belong to the guests and to your client — not to you, and not to us. For your portfolio, website or social media you need the agreement of your client and of the people in the picture. EventDrop grants you no usage rights to them and promises none.

Guests scan and upload. No download, no account, no sign-up — on any phone with a camera.
- PIN protection from Spotlight
From the Spotlight plan onwards the album sits behind a PIN only the guests know. A demo event does not have that option — worth deciding while planning, not on the night.
- An expiry date, built in
Every album has a fixed lifetime — Spotlight 90 days, Premiere 365 days. After that it goes inactive, and 30 days later the photos are deleted. Nobody has to remember.
What the partner programme gives you
- An allowance instead of a purchase decision
- As an active partner you hold 3 slots at the same time. A slot frees up 30 days after the party; across the rolling year there are at most 12 redemptions. Without a stored event date a slot stays taken for 12 months. Every further Premiere event costs €29 instead of €49.
- Referral commission
- If you recommend EventDrop you receive 10% of the purchase price. Attribution lasts 30 days, a commission qualifies after 14 days, and payouts start at €25 in credit.
Questions professionals ask
Do I have to install or bring anything?
No. You create the album in the browser and get a QR code to print or put on a stand. On the day everything runs on the guests' phones.
May I use the guest photos on my website?
Only with agreement. The photos belong to the guests and to your client; EventDrop transfers no rights in them to you. Ask your client and the people in the picture before you publish a guest photo.
How do I join the partner programme?
Through a short application on the partner page. Access is curated: we take on professionals who actually work at these events.
What happens to the photos after the party?
Every album has an expiry date. After that it goes inactive, and 30 days later the photos and the data about them are deleted. The photos themselves sit with our database provider in Frankfurt; we do not promise that no data at all leaves the EU — the full list of processors is in the privacy policy.
