Live photo wall on a projector or TV

Your guests' photos can run on a big screen during the party — new uploads appear on their own, nobody has to hit refresh.

**Option 1: slideshow from the gallery** (in every plan, Demo included)

1. Open your event gallery on the device connected to the screen — the laptop at the projector, a tablet, or the TV browser.

2. Tap 'Slideshow'.

3. The photos start cycling. Every new guest photo joins automatically and is marked 'New' once.

**Option 2: live photo wall** (from Flash)

Open /event/YOUR-CODE/live — YOUR-CODE is the same code as in your gallery link. This view is built for projectors and TVs: no toolbars, and your event QR code stays on screen so the next guest can join right away.

**Tips for the evening**

- Go fullscreen: press F or use the fullscreen button.

- Switch the display time per photo: 3, 5 or 10 seconds, press S.

- Videos play to the end before the next photo appears.

- EventDrop keeps the screen awake while the wall is running. Keep the device plugged in anyway.

- Hidden photos never appear on the wall.

- On events with a PIN, access expires after 24 hours. The wall then shows a notice and you re-enter the code on that device — the photos already loaded stay visible.
