Collecting corporate event photos — GDPR-compliant, no app

For team events, kick-offs, or the summer party: employees and guests scan a QR code and upload photos right away — no app, no account, servers in the EU.

**How it works**

1. Create the event — the “Corporate event” template pre-fills a suggested plan and duration.

2. Print the QR card for tables or the reception desk — a ready-made PDF, no design tool needed.

3. Guests upload in the browser: GPS metadata is stripped from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos on upload; GIFs and videos are stored unchanged.

**Control and compliance**

From Spotlight a PIN locks the album against uninvited people. Uploaded photos are automatically checked by AI for inappropriate content after publishing and hidden if needed — the AI does not check videos, you hide those yourself if needed.

**Multiple locations**

With Premiere you can invite up to 5 helpers who can moderate photos — useful when several departments or locations are celebrating.

**On screen in the lobby**

The gallery runs as a slideshow on every plan. For a chrome-free projector view with the event QR code always visible, Spotlight and up unlocks the Live Photo Wall.

**Pricing**

Spotlight ($29) covers most corporate parties, Premiere ($69) for a full year, Studio ($129) for venues and agencies that want their own logo. All prices are final prices (no VAT under the Austrian small-business exemption).
