Corporate event photos without an app, with PIN protection

For team events, kick-offs or the summer party: your guests scan a QR code and upload photos in their browser without an app or a guest account.

Prepare your album

1. 01Create an event and choose “Corporate Event”. Studio is recommended; you choose the plan yourself.
2. 02Open “Share” → “Design print card”. If PDF download is available, save the card and print it.
3. 03Share the QR code with your guests. They upload their photos in the browser.

Access and publishing

From Spotlight, you can set up a PIN. Guests then need the link and PIN; both can be passed on.

With “Approval before publishing” enabled, new guest photos are held back initially. This setting is applied to Studio corporate events unless you have already made your own choice. See Review photos before they appear.

When photo analysis is enabled, photos are checked after upload. Content identified as inappropriate is hidden. Videos are not checked by this analysis.

For business events, see the business page. You can enter into a data processing agreement after signing in.

Location data on upload

EventDrop removes GPS metadata from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos. For MP4 and MOV, known metadata blocks that may contain location data are removed. WebM videos with detected location markers are rejected. GIFs remain unchanged.

Managing the event together

As the creator, you can invite up to five helpers with Premiere. They can hide and show photos if you enable “Helpers can hide photos” and the event is active. See hiding photos for details.

On screen in the lobby

The slideshow is available on every plan once photos have been uploaded. From Spotlight, you can also use the live photo wall. Its controls disappear when idle; the QR code stays visible.
