Possible causes:

• The file is too large (photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 100 MB on Spotlight, Premiere and Studio)

• The file format is not supported

• The event's storage is full

• The guest limit has been reached

• The event has expired or is paused

Solution: Check the file size and format. Contact the organizer if the issue persists.
