Retry failed uploads. If your photos still do not arrive, check the file size, format and whether you have access to the event.
Retry the upload
Use “Retry” for one failed file or “Retry all” for several. If “Retry missing files” is shown, use that action.
Still no thumbnails after selecting your photos? Read Nothing happens after selecting.
Possible causes
- The file is too large: photos can be up to 50 MB, and videos up to 100 MB on Spotlight, Premiere and Studio.
- The file format is not supported. Check the supported formats.
- The event’s storage is full.
- The guest limit has been reached.
- The event has expired or is deactivated.
- PIN access is missing or your guest identifier has been blocked for this event.
If it still does not work
Follow the error message shown and contact the organizer. If you cannot open the album at all, see Event link or QR code won’t open.
