Upload photos

Your guests need neither an app nor an account. They scan the QR code, pick photos and upload — that is all.

How guests upload

1. 01Scan the QR code or open the link you shared.
2. 02Tap “Upload photos” and pick your images.
3. 03Keep the page open until every photo has a checkmark — done.

Which files work

• –Photos: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC/HEIF — up to 50 MB per file.
• –Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM — from the Spotlight plan, up to 100 MB per file.
• –Several files at once: yes, they run through one after another.

If an upload stalls

If the connection drops, EventDrop resumes the upload the next time the page is opened. If a photo stays marked red, the article “Upload failed” takes it from there.
