Nothing happens after selecting

Your phone may still be handing over or preparing photos after you select them. Wait while new thumbnails are appearing.

Try selecting again

A large selection of HEIC or HEIF photos can take longer because these formats are converted.

1. 01Wait while photos are being prepared or new thumbnails are appearing.
2. 02If nothing else happens and “Select again” is shown, tap it. We recommend up to 30 photos per round.
3. 03Wait for the thumbnails. You can then select more photos.
4. 04Start the upload when your selection is complete.

What happens to your selection

While the same selection stays open, the existing previews are not lost when you select more photos. New photos are added. The selection is not saved permanently after closing or reloading.

A preview alone does not mean the photo has been uploaded. See Upload photos for the steps.
