Event link or QR code won't open? How to get into the album

Open the original link from your invitation. Ask the host for a current link and confirmation that the album is still open.

Open the link directly from the invitation instead of typing it. If the QR code will not scan, ask the host for the direct link. See Use the QR code for more tips.

Standard links contain a six-character event code made up of letters and digits. Keep uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as given. The characters 0, O, o, 1, I, i and l do not appear in it. A custom event link uses a chosen name instead.

The album asks for a PIN

Ask the host for the current access code. The PIN is not the event code in the link.

Access stays unlocked in the same browser for up to 24 hours while the event remains accessible. Too many incorrect attempts cause a temporary restriction. See Access code and PIN for details.

The album is closed

Deleted or deactivated events are unavailable to guests. After expiry, a daily background process closes the album. A custom event link may also have been deactivated.
