ZIP download not working

To download a ZIP, sign in as the owner or a co-admin. If a download stops, also check the notice included in the ZIP file.
Download access
Guests and helpers do not have ZIP access. ZIP downloads are not included in the Demo plan. If the event is deactivated, for example after expiry, the download is locked.
Retry the download
In the gallery, open “More” → “Download all”. On a large screen, this action is also in the sidebar.
- If the download stops, check your internet connection and try again.
- Open the ZIP file. If it contains _WICHTIG-FEHLENDE-FOTOS.txt, read the notice.
- If the notice contains a continuation link, open it in the same signed-in browser. Large albums can contain several ZIP files. In the app, additional parts are downloaded automatically, one after another.
The notice may also list unreadable files. If the problem continues, email office@gotzendorfer.at.
If the event is deactivated
As the owner of a paid event, you can check whether an extension is available in the event settings under “Runtime” → “Extend event”.
