Setting up a travel photo album

A travel photo album collects your group’s photos in one place. Travellers need neither an account nor an installed app to upload.

Create your album

1. 01Choose the “Travel” template and enter the start of your trip.
2. 02Share the link or QR code with your group. If an access code is enabled, travellers need that too.
3. 03Try uploading with a Demo album before the trip.

Check the duration

At creation, the duration starts from the later of creation and trip start. At purchase, it starts from the later of purchase and trip start. Your plan’s duration is added to that.

Check the displayed expiry date, especially after changing the trip start. See duration from the date you entered for the limits on later changes.

A reminder email is scheduled before expiry. Save your photos in good time rather than relying on the email alone.

As the creator, you can extend a paid album up to three times. Demo albums cannot be extended.

Save your photos

In paid plans, the creator and accepted co-admins can start a bulk ZIP download while the album is active. Demo does not include bulk downloads.

The ZIP contains the stored files available for download. Hidden photos are excluded by default; files marked as inappropriate are excluded. See downloading photos for instructions.
