Use your own logo and colors

With Studio, you can change your logo, accent color and EventDrop credit. Guests see your branding across the event’s pages.

Who can change the branding?

The event creator and co-admins can edit these settings. These features belong to the Studio plan.

Upload your logo

1. 01Open “Invitation” in your event and choose “Design print card”.
2. 02Expand “Your own logo (Studio)” and choose “Upload logo”. PNG, JPG and WebP files up to 2 MB are accepted. SVG and HEIC are not supported.
3. 03Use “Choose a different logo” to replace the image. “Remove logo” deletes it.

The logo appears in the gallery, on the upload page, live photo wall and print card, and in newly created recaps.

Set an accent color

Open “How guests see it” in the same designer. Enter the color under “Accent color (hex)” and choose “Save color”.

EventDrop checks contrast on light and dark backgrounds, on the live wall, and the readability of button labels. Unsuitable colors are rejected. If a matching shade is suggested, you can use it.

The color applies to controls in the gallery and upload page, plus the QR card frame on the live wall. “Use brand color” resets it.

Hide the EventDrop credit

Under “How guests see it”, you can also hide the “Powered by EventDrop” credit. This applies to the upload page, gallery and print card.

If saving fails, try the change again later.
