Hiding photos

A hidden photo disappears from your guests' gallery but is kept — unlike a permanent delete, you can unhide it at any time.

**Who can hide photos?**

- The owner and co-admins can hide any photo at any time.

- Helpers can only hide photos if you explicitly enabled 'Helpers can hide photos' in the event settings.

Hidden photos still count towards your storage usage and never appear on the live photo wall or in the slideshow.

To remove a photo permanently instead, use 'Delete' rather than 'Hide' — that cannot be undone.
