Draw Secret Santa slips for free

With Secret Santa you can draw names for free and without an account, with gift slips and wish cards to print.

How it works

1. 01Enter 3 to 30 names under “Who is taking part?”, one per line or separated by commas. If two people share a first name, use different nicknames.
2. 02Add a budget and the gift exchange date if you like. Both then appear on every slip.
3. 03Tap “Create gift slips”. The draw happens in your browser, and nobody draws themselves.
4. 04Choose how the slips reach everyone: “One by one”, “Group” or “Print”.

The three ways

• –“One by one”: each person gets their own link by WhatsApp, email or to copy. You only see the names, not who gives a gift to whom.
• –“Group”: one post for your group chat with a link next to every name. Whoever opens a link is first asked whether they really are that person.
• –“Print”: the print template contains every slip and wish card. In the print dialog you can choose “Save as PDF”. Turn off print headers and footers.

Names and privacy

The names stay in your browser, none of them is sent to EventDrop. If you reload the page, they are gone. If you send links, each slip is inside its link.

Draw again

All slips of one draw carry the same code. “Draw again” creates a new draw with a new code. Links you already sent then belong to the old draw, so send everyone their new slip.

Photos from the night

The slips do not need an album. If you want to collect the photos from the night, create an event: everyone scans a QR code and uploads without an app. How that works is explained in Create your first event.
