During the school trip to [destination] on [date] we will collect the photos of the trip in a shared online album (EventDrop, photo storage in the EU). Access works through a link with an access code that only the participants and accompanying adults receive; the album is not publicly discoverable. Location data is stripped from photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC) on upload; videos and GIFs are stored unchanged. We will hide or delete individual photos on request at any time — just send us a short message. You may withdraw your consent to photos of your child being taken and uploaded at any time. Once the album expires, all photos are deleted automatically.
