For restaurants & venues

The party's photos stay with your guests — not scattered across twenty phones.

A birthday in the back room, a company holiday party in the hall, a wedding reception in the garden: you provide the space, the guests provide the pictures. One QR card on the table gathers every photo into a shared album — no app, no login, nothing for your staff to explain.

Why EventDrop for your venue

An extra for every celebration you host — without extra work for your team.

You host the party, not the photography

The QR card sits on the table or in the menu. Guests upload their own photos — your staff never has to explain, install, or supervise anything.

PIN protection for private celebrations

From Spotlight you can lock the album with a 4-6 digit PIN, so photos from a wedding or corporate party stay with the invited guests.

No Wi-Fi support, no app rollout

Guests upload straight from the browser — over their own mobile data or your guest Wi-Fi, whichever fits. Hosted in the EU, location data is stripped from every JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC upload automatically.

A recap video as a keepsake

At the tap of a button, the guest photos become a 30-second video — a nice keepsake for the host, and proof that the celebration went well at your venue.

Frequently asked questions

That's up to you: create the album yourselves as an extra for the celebration, or hand the QR code to the host of the event. Spotlight ($29) covers most celebrations: unlimited guests, a 90-day runtime, PIN protection and 2 helpers. For celebrations that should stay online longer, Premiere ($69) keeps the album for 365 days.

No. There's nothing to install and no app for your staff to manage. Guests upload over their own mobile data — a guest Wi-Fi is a nice bonus, never a requirement.

The album belongs to the host of the celebration — they create it, manage it, and decide who sees it. You don't need an account of your own for this; the QR card on the table is enough.
