PIN protection for private celebrations
From Spotlight, a 4- to 6-digit PIN adds protection to your album. Guests need both the link and the PIN to open it. Both can be passed on.
No Wi-Fi support, no app rollout
Guests upload straight from the browser — over their own mobile data or your guest Wi-Fi, whichever fits. The photos are stored in the EU, location data is stripped from every JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC upload automatically.

Not discoverable, deletable at any time
Location data is stripped from every upload, the album is not publicly discoverable, and the host can delete it completely at any time.
Frequently asked questions
That's up to you: create the album yourselves as an extra for the celebration, or hand the QR code to the host of the event. Spotlight (€19) covers most celebrations: unlimited guests, a 90-day runtime, PIN protection and 2 helpers. For celebrations that should stay online longer, Premiere (€49) keeps the album for 365 days.
No. There's nothing to install and no app for your staff to manage. Guests upload over their own mobile data — a guest Wi-Fi is a nice bonus, never a requirement.
The album belongs to the host of the celebration — they create it, manage it, and decide who sees it. You don't need an account of your own for this; the QR card on the table is enough.
Yes, on request. For venues with regular celebrations we set up a quota you create an album from, without buying one every single time. Drop us a line at office@gotzendorfer.at telling us how often you celebrate — we will come back with a fitting suggestion.
