Use company mode and conclude the DPA

1 min read · Updated 10/18/2026

Company mode starts with photo analysis and guest statistics switched off. Conclude the DPA online and find documents in your event.

Use the company preset

Choose “Corporate Event” when creating an event. Under “Company preset”, “AI photo analysis”, “AI invitation text” and “Guest statistics” are off. Change each switch individually.

Without photo analysis, automatic moderation and highlights are unavailable. Recaps remain possible, without photo quality rankings.

A PIN is not set automatically. Demo does not support a PIN; Spotlight, Premiere and Studio do. Follow the PIN guide.

Conclude the DPA

  1. Open the Data Processing Agreement. Read it and its annexes without an account; sign in to conclude it.
  2. Fill in “Company or organisation”, “Address” and “Authorised representative”. Country of establishment and data protection contact are optional. Confirm your authority and choose “Conclude agreement”.
  3. The conclusion is recorded in your account with its version and annexes. Choose “Record as PDF” for the record.

If saving fails, the agreement is not concluded: try again. If the PDF is unavailable, the agreement remains valid; try the download again later.

Documents for your event

Under “Documents”, creators and co-admins find a venue notice with table card text, participant information, a processing record entry and a works council note.

The texts use current event settings and company details from the event creator’s DPA. Missing details appear in square brackets. Complete them before sharing. Document language follows your interface.

Use “Copy text” or “Download as text file” to copy or download the templates.

For preparation, see Corporate event photos.
