Your event statistics

2 min read · Updated 10/20/2026

“Statistics” shows how your event is going: how many photos and videos were uploaded, when things were busiest and which photos your guests liked most. The page is visible to you as the event creator and to your co-admins, not to helpers.

Open the statistics

  1. Open your event and select “Statistics”, on a phone under “More”.
  2. You can also get there from “All statistics” in the gallery or from the menu on the event card in your dashboard.

What you see

  • At the top: “Total Uploads”, “Total Guests”, “Uploads today” and “Storage”.
  • “More metrics” lists photos, videos, reactions and comments.
  • “Uploads Over Time” shows uploads per day, “Busiest hours” shows photos per hour in your event’s time zone.
  • “Most popular photos” ranks photos by your guests’ reactions.
  • “Uploads Per Guest” shows the ten most active guests when guest statistics are switched on.

Choose the period with “7 days”, “30 days” and “All time”. Storage always shows the total.

Switch guest statistics on or off

The “Uploads Per Guest” ranking shows numbered guests, not names. Switch it on or off in your event’s settings with “Guest statistics”. For business events it starts switched off. More about the settings in Edit an event.

Export as CSV

“Export” downloads the figures shown at the top of the page as a CSV file. It opens directly in Excel. Photos, names and a guest list are not included. If there are no uploads in the selected period, the button is greyed out.
