Redeeming a promo code: where do I enter it?

Enter your promo code in the final checkout step. Expand “Redeem promo code” in your EventDrop order summary before the payment page.

Your code’s discount is not yet calculated in the EventDrop summary. An automatic promotional discount shown earlier may disappear when you enter a code.

A code from a link

If your link contains the ?code= parameter with a code value, the field is already filled in and expanded. The parameter does not have to be at the end of the link.

Partner codes

Standard partner codes give you a discount (10 %) on your first purchase and attribute the purchase to the partner. Special partner offers may have different terms. See the Partner Program for details.

Promotions and later purchases

In the regular checkout, your promotional code replaces an automatic promotional discount. The discounts do not stack.

Whether you can use the code for another purchase depends on its validity and usage limits. A first-purchase restriction prevents repeated redemption.

If your code is not accepted

Check the spelling and the code’s conditions. Outside a running promotion you can continue without entering a code: a second voucher field appears on the payment page if no other discount has already been applied. Some codes can only be entered there.

Pack codes and FotoDrop vouchers

You can also enter a valid pack code or FotoDrop voucher in the same field for an active Demo album you own that has never been paid for. The album is unlocked on the plan associated with the code, without a Stripe payment page.
