Installing EventDrop as an app, using it offline

Guests need neither an account nor an installed app to use EventDrop — the QR code or link is enough. If you prefer, EventDrop can still be added to the home screen like an app.

**Installing**

Open your browser menu and choose 'Add to Home Screen' or 'Install app'. On some devices an install banner also appears directly inside EventDrop.

**Uploading offline**

If the connection drops during an upload (lost signal, screen off), the file is buffered and sent automatically once the connection returns — usually when the page is reopened. The photo is not lost.
