Buy a Studio pack and redeem codes

The Studio pack gives your business redemption codes for several events. Use them for your own albums or pass them on to clients.

Purchase and contents

A pack contains several Studio events at a fixed price (5 events for €195, i.e. €39 instead of €99 per event). Billing is in euros.

You need a signed-in account and buy as a business under the terms. Joining the Partner Program is not required. Pack purchases and redemptions earn no referral commission. If sales are closed at the moment, the page tells you. In that case, write to office@gotzendorfer.at.

Buy, share and redeem

1. 01Open My packs. Confirm the business purchase and choose “Continue to payment (€195)”.
2. 02Once payment is confirmed, your codes appear with the prefix EDS-. Use “Copy code” or “Copy link” to share them. The link opens album creation with the code already filled in.
3. 03For your own Demo event, open “Plan”. In the last step, enter the code under “Redeem promo code” and choose “Unlock with code”. The event must be active, unpaid and not expired. It becomes Studio without another payment.

Validity and status

Purchased codes are valid for three years from purchase. The confirmation email and pack overview show the expiry date. Codes issued free of charge have their own displayed expiry date.

The overview shows “Available”, “Redeemed”, “Revoked” and “Expired”. Only available codes can be redeemed. A redeemed code stays used even after the event is deleted.

Refunds

Business purchases have no withdrawal right. Unused or expired codes are not refunded or exchanged for cash; goodwill exceptions remain possible. A full refund invalidates unused codes. Events already unlocked stay on Studio.
