How to turn it into a CEWE photo book

Turn the photos of your celebration into a printed photo book without sifting through hundreds of pictures. EventDrop puts the selection together; you design and order the book directly with CEWE.

If your gallery offers the "Photo book selection", you get a ready-made package there. Otherwise download all photos as a ZIP and pick them yourself — the steps in the CEWE software stay the same.

What the package contains

• –40 to 80 photos, all of them for smaller celebrations: first the photos you pinned as highlights, then the strongest photos according to the automatic rating, then more photos spread across the celebration.
• –Hidden photos, photos with an open report and photos the automatic check flagged as inappropriate are left out. So are videos.
• –The files are numbered in the order the photos were taken: 001, 002, 003 and so on.
• –The file LIESMICH.txt lists the photos that are on the small side (long edge below 2000 pixels). Print those at half a page or smaller.

Like the ZIP download, the package is part of the paid plans. You can only download it while the celebration is running.

Into the CEWE software

1. 01Download the package in your gallery under "Photo book selection" and unzip it on your computer.
2. 02Open the CEWE Fotowelt software and start a photo book.
3. 03In the main menu choose the tab "Optionen" (options) and "Fotoquellen" (photo sources) on the left. Under "Speicherort Ihrer Fotos" (where your photos are stored) select the unzipped folder. The menu names are those of the Austrian version.
4. 04In the design menu you find the photos on the left under "Fotos & Videos".
