ZIP download not working

Possible causes:

• Your event has expired — the download is locked once the expiry date passes

• You're on the Demo plan (ZIP download available from Flash)

• Too many photos (try with fewer photos)

• Poor internet connection

Solution: If the event has expired, extend it in the event settings and the download works again. On the Demo plan, upgrade to Flash or higher. For large galleries, the download may take a few minutes.
