EU hosting & automatic GPS removal

Servers in the EU. On upload we strip the GPS metadata from JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos; GIFs and videos are stored unchanged.

AI moderation for photo uploads

Uploaded photos are checked for inappropriate content by AI after publication and hidden if necessary. Videos are not analysed by the AI — you can hide those yourself.

Frequently asked questions

For most corporate events we recommend Spotlight (€15, 200 guests, PIN protection, 2 helpers). For large events like company festivals with unlimited guests, Premiere (€39) is the right choice.

That depends on the plan: Spotlight 90 days, Premiere 365 days. It counts from the later of two dates — the purchase or the event date you entered. After that the album is view-only, and 30 days later every photo is permanently deleted. You can extend the runtime beforehand for a fee.

Uploaded photos go through automatic AI moderation; photos flagged as inappropriate are hidden and no longer shown in the gallery. Videos are not checked by the AI — you can hide those yourself.
