My recap video is not being created

If your recap video is not being created after payment, this could be due to:

**The render service was temporarily unavailable**

The system automatically retries creating your video within 30 minutes. If that doesn't work, your recap status will be set to "Failed" and you'll receive an email.

**What you can do:**

1. Wait 30 minutes — the system retries automatically

2. Check your email inbox for status updates

3. Contact us at office@gotzendorfer.at if the problem persists

Your payment is safe — if the video cannot be created, you'll receive a full refund.
